Warranty Policy

At CAS Blinds, we stand by the quality of our products and services. That's why we provide comprehensive warranties for all our measure and quote blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings.

For all custom-made products, we offer a 1-year warranty for parts and labor. This covers any defects or issues that arise as a result of the manufacturing process or installation. If any problems occur within this period, we'll repair or replace the product free of charge.

In addition, we also provide warranties for DIY products. Our DIY blinds and curtains come with a 3-year parts warranty and a 5-year fabric warranty. This means that we'll replace any faulty parts or fabrics at no cost to you during this period.

For products that come with motorisation, we use the warranty provided by the motor manufacturer. We only work with reputable motor brands that offer strong warranties and exceptional performance. If you experience any problems with your motorised blinds or curtains, simply contact us and we'll help you get in touch with the manufacturer for warranty service.

Disclaimer Regarding Blind Bends During Transit:

It is typical for blinds to arrive slightly distorted due to the conditions they undergo during transportation. However, rest assured, they normally rectify their shape over time, ranging from one to four weeks, particularly when exposed to sunlight. It's crucial that you first install them and let them sag naturally.

In ideal sunny circumstances, we suggest a waiting period of approximately four weeks for the bends to naturally settle down. However, in conditions with minimal sunlight exposure, this period might extend by a couple of weeks.

Refund Policy 

1. Returns Policy

1.1 If you find that your order is not what you ordered or is defective, please contact CAS BLINDS Pty Ltd immediately (within two working days of delivery receipt). We will require photos of the items that you can email to us for verification.

1.2 We will endeavour to rectify the situation immediately upon verification of the particular case. 

1.3 Upon verification of an incorrectly filled order, we will arrange for the immediate shipment/return of required items at no cost to the customer.

2. Measuring Disclaimer

2.1 CAS BLINDS Pty Ltd manufactures blinds according to the measurements and specifications you supplied to us. We are not responsible for any incorrect details made by you when the order is placed. Make sure you have read or viewed our detailed Measuring Guide for the product you are interested in before completing your order. However, if we make a mistake when manufacturing your blinds, we will repair them or replace them at no cost to you. If you have doubts regarding measurements, please bring it to our attention and our staff will be happy to assist you.

3. COMPONENT COLOURS

3.1 CAS BLINDS Pty Ltd reserves the right to colour coordinate blind components. We choose and match the colour of components that best coordinates with the fabric colours. An exact match of component colours is not always possible. Some components of the blinds, for example, vertical tracks are available in white only.

4 COLOUR DISCLAIMER

4.1 Computer monitors have different settings and calibrations that display colours differently and not 100% accurate. Although we do our best to portray the colour as close as possible, we strongly suggest to order free colour samples before placing your order. CAS BLINDS Pty Ltd offers a maximum of 5 free colour samples. Also, even the actual sample can have slight colour variations compared to finished blinds depending on the batch the fabric was manufactured in. This is the reason why you need to fill in the room or location where your blinds will be fitted so as to ensure that all blinds in the same room came from the same batch.

5. Errors in your order

5.1 It is very important that you follow our measuring and installation instructions. When you follow our instructions, we guarantee your blinds will fit perfectly! It is equally important that you review your email order confirmation for accuracy. If you make a mistake in measuring or ordering please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the type of error and where your order is up to in the manufacturing process, it may be possible to rectify without additional expense. Where your blinds have already been manufactured, we are unable to re-use or resell these blinds as they are custom made, as such no refunds will be provided. In this instance we will endeavour to work with our customers to ensure they receive the correct blinds and discounts may be available at our discretion.

6. You change your mind and no longer want the blinds

6.1 No refunds are permitted in the event that the customer is simply unhappy with their purchase or has changed their mind.
