To ensure accuracy, we recommend ordering colour samples and viewing them at your window before purchasing. Samples are a reference point only, as there may be slight variations between batches.
Colour in different lighting: fabric looks different when viewed directly versus when light passes through it. Light-filtering and sunscreen fabrics are translucent, and light-coloured fabrics such as Ivory, Cream and Beige can look warmer or yellower when back-lit by daylight. This is a normal characteristic of the fabric and not a defect. Appearance also varies with time of day, weather and window orientation. Please view your sample against your actual window, in daylight, before ordering.
Natural products such as timber may vary in grain and direction; these are natural characteristics rather than defects.
